Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Breakthrough Performance LLC ("we", "us") handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website, people who contact us or book a call, and the software we use to publish to our own social media pages.
What this website collects
Very little. This website has no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs: the IP address, browser type, page requested, and time of each request. These logs are used to run and secure the site. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
When you contact us or book a call
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write.
- Booking a call. The booking button opens Calendly, a scheduling service run by a separate company. Calendly collects the name, email address, and any notes you enter, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to its service.
How we use this information
We use it to reply to you, to schedule and hold calls, and to deliver services to clients. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our email, scheduling, and hosting providers, and only so they can provide those services to us, or when the law requires it.
Our social media publishing
We use our own software to write and publish posts to company pages that we own on Facebook and LinkedIn. It connects to those platforms only to publish and remove our own posts.
It does not collect, store, or use personal information about people who view, follow, comment on, or otherwise interact with those pages.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and booking details for as long as the conversation or client relationship lasts and for our normal business records afterward. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
How to see, correct, or delete your information
Email coach@breakthroughperformance.io with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
